CVUSD's Communication's Internship Program: Now Accepting Applications

The Conejo Valley Unified School District's Communications Internship Program is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year. High school students who are currently enrolled in the 11th and 12th grade and have an interest in social media content creation, writing, journalism, video production, photography, marketing, website design and/or graphic design are encouraged to apply.

The goal of the program is to provide students with hands-on experience in the field of communication and to ultimately be a “communications ambassador” for the Conejo Valley Unified School District.

Interns selected for the internship program will meet weekly at the CVUSD Educational Office located at 1400 E. Janss Road in Thousand Oaks. Interns may also work on projects remotely and/or visit CVUSD school sites as part of the internship program. The time commitment for this program is 1.5 hours to 3 hours each week.  The internship is considered a volunteer position (non-paid), however, student(s)  will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon request.

*New this school year: selected students have the option to commit to this volunteer internship opportunity for half of the school year or the full school year.

Applications are due by Wednesday, September 13th at 4pm.
