Save the Dates: Virtual Preview Nights for New Proposed Core Literature Titles

The CVUSD community is invited to join the District’s Instructional Services team for two scheduled Preview Nights (virtual) to review a proposed new middle school Core Literature title: When Stars are Scattered by Victoria Jamieson & Omar Mohamed  (Grade 7) and three proposed new high school Core Literature titles: Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie (Grade 10), World of Wonders by Aimee Nazukumatathil (Grade 11) and Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri (Grade 12). These titles are to be brought before the CVUSD Board of Education for possible approval.
