As an Outstanding Interpretation Award recipient, Rowan will receive an $800 scholarship to further her artistic talents, and the Sycamore Canyon School PTSA is awarded $200 to support arts and culture in their community. All national award recipients receive a medallion, certificate and year-round recognition from National PTA.
The Reflection Arts Program has served as a valuable program for engaging families and building strong relationships in the school community while supporting student success each year since 1969. Nearly 300,000 students and their families engage in arts education through Reflections annually, promoting community awareness of the importance of arts education and celebrating cultural diversity. The program aims to provide a platform for students to showcase their artistic talents, express themselves, encourage critical thinking, and experience the fun and joy of making art.
