CVUSD Celebrates Inclusive Schools Week!

The week of December 2-6, 2024 is Inclusive Schools Week. All year through, but especially this week, CVUSD celebrates our commitment to providing supportive and quality education to ALL students. We recognize each child is unique and when differences are celebrated, a community of inclusivity, kindness and respect results, which enhances learning for all.

Inclusive Schools Week is a nationally recognized, annual event that provides an opportunity for our schools to reflect, discuss, and celebrate how to successfully include and educate all children. This year's theme, Every Voice Matters, highlights the importance of fostering inclusive environments where every voice is heard, valued, and respected.

At the Wednesday, November 20, 2024 Board of Education meeting, Resolution #24/25-18 In Support of Inclusive Schools Week was approved.
