School Site Council (SSC)

  • The Los Cerritos School Site Council is the governing committee that oversees the School Site Plan and Budget from the State of California, and also acts as a conduit for communication, planning, and program quality. The committee is comprised of representation of all constituents: parents, teachers, students and staff in balanced numbers according to the school’s enrollment, elected or appointed to serve the committee by the groups that vote for the representatives. The committee meets once a month on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 am in our staff lounge. Bylaws are available.
