SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The Weathersfield PTA is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization working to provide financial support for our art, computer technology, music, physical education, intervention programs, as well as classroom supplies and field trips. The PTA not only sponsors many all-campus events including, but not limited to: welcome back to social, family food nights, movie nights, ability awareness, science nights, family picnic on the grass, trunk or treat, annual carnival, and so much more. 

In order to provide these incredible programs, the PTA promotes community partnerships and holds fundraisers throughout the year. Thank you for your interest in becoming an Eagle Sponsor!

BE AN EAGLE SPONSOR

There are several options for becoming an Eagle Sponsor:

• Complete and submit a Sponsorship form along with a check payable to "Weathersfield PTA"

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Eagle Champion Sponsor  |  $500 (reduced to $450 for 2019-2020 founding members)

• Signage on the school fence facing the drop-off area and parking lot with company logo
• Company logo showcased on 2 digital marquees
• Company logo on Fun Run t-shirts that each student receives
• Booth swag opportunities at PTA events
• Social media post welcoming you as an Eagle Champion and highlighting your business
• Logo/link on PTA website
• Logo listed on a Thank You flyer sent home to all students

Fun Run Prize Sponsor

• Donate gift cards or products to be used as prizes for Fun Run winners
