If your child is new to the Conejo Valley Unified School District, you will submit your registration documents to your neighborhood school. If you think Maple may be your neighborhood school, you can look up your residential address on the Maple Street Index.
If you're unsure what your neighborhood school is, you can use the District Street Index to look it up by your residential address.
If you wish your child to attend Maple, but you have a different neighborhood school, you may submit a School Choice Application to CVUSD Instructional Services to request the transfer to Maple. The school choice application period begins November 1st prior to the applicable school year. Visit the www.EnrollCVUSD.com webpage for more information on the School Choice process, dates, and deadlines.
