Welcome to Human Resources

  • The Human Resources Department partners with various District departments, school administrators and employee union groups to recruit, select, develop and manage a highly skilled and diverse workforce in support of educational services and student achievement.

The District currently employs approximately 1,100 certificated personnel and 950 classified (non-instructional) personnel. We are always seeking creative, dynamic and hard-working individuals to join our team in our quest to provide excellent educational services to the Conejo Valley student and parent community.

    • Certificated Employment encompasses positions that require an appropriate authorization such as a credential, permit, certificate or waiver depending on the assignment (e.g. teacher, counselor, speech therapist, psychologist or school administrator).

    • Classified Employment encompasses all non-instructional positions including, but not limited to the following job families: clerical/secretarial, custodial/grounds, maintenance, child nutrition, accounting/fiscal, instructional support/child care, and information technology/data processing.
