Congratulations Corine Musgrove, CVUSD's October 2022 Teacher of the Month!

Creative. Dynamic. Inspirational. Positive. Encouraging. These are just a few of the words used to describe Redwood Middle School’s Corine Musgrove. Ms. Musgrove is in her fourth year as a teacher at Redwood Middle School, where she is known for going above and beyond to find exciting new ways to teach and design lessons with all students in mind. We and the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce are proud to honor Ms. Musgrove as the October 2022 Teacher of the Month!

Ms. Musgrove cares deeply about all students. She works extremely hard to bridge gaps, raise awareness and support students with disabilities, English learners, LGBTQ youth, and students of all backgrounds

She is a team player. She works cooperatively with other CVUSD teachers to put together dynamic lesson plans and resources.

Ms. Musgrove is loved by her students and coworkers. She perfectly represents the growth mindset, curious intellect, and willingness to challenge and be challenged that we seek to instill in our students.

She demonstrates support for students by advising both the Pride Club and the Black Student Union.

Ms. Musgrove reated and gained approval for the REAL Academy with the goal of encouraging future entrepreneurs and introducing students to the technology, mindsets, and skills needed to be an entrepreneur.

She is a vital asset to Redwood Middle School and the entire Conejo Valley Unified School District!

On Tuesday, October 18th   the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Conejo Valley Unified School District surprised Ms. Musgrove with the October 2022 Teacher of the Month recognition during a Redwood Middle School staff meeting. Ms. Musgrove was presented with a commemorative plaque. Thank you Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce for your continued partnership for the Teacher of the Month Recognition program. Congratulations, Ms. Musgrove and thank you for your invaluable contributions to the students of the CVUSD!
