CVUSD Child Nutrition (Menu's and Information)

The 2018-2019 Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application is now available for CVUSD families to submit.

To participate in the Free and Reduced-Price Meals program the District’s Child Nutrition Department encourages families to apply online.

Applications for the Free and Reduced Prices Meals program for the 2018-2019 may be completed online here. Instructions for how to complete the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Application may be found here.

Applications submitted online are processed daily, and confirmations are sent within 24 hours.

Please note that families of students that attend Conejo Elementary and Glenwood Elementary do not need to complete this application for their students that attend these two schools.

If you are not able to apply online, you may print out the 2018-2019 Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals here. This application may also be obtained from your child's school or from the District’s Child Nutrition Department office located in Building C at 1400 E. Janss Road in Thousand Oaks.

Once the school year begins, applications may also be dropped off at your student’s school site.

Applications for free and reduced-price meals may be submitted at any time during the school year.

Children participating in the federal National School Lunch Program will not be overtly identified by the use of special tokens, special tickets, special serving lines, separate entrances, separate dining areas, or by any other means.
