Technology Services serves the staff and students of Conejo Valley Unified School District. We are charged with providing network reliability and security, supporting district devices and advising staff and administration.

FIELD SUPPORT SERVICES
Our Field Support Services team offers complete support for desktop, mobile and audio visual devices at all CVUSD schools and offices. Site Technicians handle any software or hardware problems that are reported. They set up and repair the technology that CVUSD's Faculty and Staff need every day. Site Technicians are experts in troubleshooting and solving technology issues across the District. For Field Support assistance, please submit a support ticket.
INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
The Infrastructure Services team is responsible for keeping the district wide IT infrastructure backbone running smoothly. The group provides a broad range of services related to wide-area network infrastructure, cybersecurity, on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure servers (e.g., domain controllers, file servers, Microsoft O365), applications services (e.g., Classlink, Incident IQ, etc.), Student Information System, and the day-to-day operation of the District's data center.
