The Conejo Closet seeks to assist CVUSD families in need by providing toiletries, personal care items, school supplies, and clothing, free of charge.

School nurses address the health care needs of children as they relate to education.
To transfer legal duties and responsibilities to a “qualified relative” you will need to fill out the Caregiver’s Authorization Affidavit.
