Conejo Oaks Academy: Post-Secondary Program
In CVUSD, we offer a post-secondary program, Conejo Oaks Academy, for students ages 18 through 22 who are in transition and present with significant learning, adaptive and language needs who are working towards a certificate of completion or the alternate pathway to a diploma. Conejo Oaks Academy provides support to students who are transitioning from high school to adult life through classroom and community-based experiences.

Conejo Oaks Academy's hours are:
8:00am - 2:00pm
Monday-Friday
*Minimum Day hours are 8:00am-12:30pm*
(Transportation will be provided on minimum days)

The overall goals of our Conejo Oaks Academy Post-Secondary Program are to:
- Provide supportive and positive learning environments for students; and
- Provide specialized academic instruction in functional academic skills, communication skills, life skills, and vocational education to meet students’ unique and individual needs.
