The California State Seal of Biliteracy

Celebrate Your Language Skills!

What is the Seal of Biliteracy?

The California State Seal of Biliteracy recognizes graduating seniors from Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Conejo Valley High School and Century Academy who have demonstrated excellence in multilingualism.

  • Recognition: Recipients receive a gold seal insignia on their diploma and an official annotation on their high school transcripts.
