Employee Benefits

Conejo Valley Unified School District offers health benefits to all members and their spouse/domestic partner, and their eligible dependents. Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. All enrolled employees may access their benefit portal via Flock to review enrollment, submit changes, upload verification, update life insurance beneficiaries, and link to carrier websites.

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for the administration of the District's self-insured and purchased insurance programs along with occupational health and safety, including workers' compensation, workplace violence, and office ergonomics.

CVUSD's employees are entitled to participate in the District’s Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 403 (b), and 457(b) retirement plans and tax deferred savings.
