Congratulations to Dr. Shane Craven, Principal of Aspen Elementary School on being selected as a 40 Under Forty Honoree by the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce. During the 25–26 school year, the CVUSD formed a Technology Committee composed of stakeholders representing a variety of roles. The work from this Committee, along with a review of proposed amendments to district technology policies, were presented to the Board of Education in May. As a result of this collaborative work, and building on the District’s existing technology use practices, a variety of updates will be implemented for the 26-27 school year.

We are pleased to announce that Maryam Azizi has been selected as the District’s new Risk Manager. Ms. Azizi officially joined the CVUSD leadership team on July 1st. Ms. Azizi is a California attorney who brings a breadth of experience to her new role with the District.
