Join the Conversation: County of Ventura Unlocking Land for Housing Study

The Conejo Valley Unified School District in partnership with the County of Ventura is hosting a community meeting on Tuesday, January 20th from 6-7:30 p.m. to gather community input on a site (1342 E. Janss Road) identified in the Unlocking Land for Housing study. This study aims to assess seven sites throughout the County for project readiness. The goal is to increase the availability of land for affordable housing across the county. The study is funded by a grant from the Southern California Association of Governments. As part of the effort, the County is gathering community input for the site.

Community meetings are an important first step in the study. Your perspectives on the opportunities and challenges for re-using the sites for affordable housing will help to inform the project team's work. Please join the conversation to share your valuable input. The details are below.

Date: Tuesday, January 20th

Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Location: CVUSD Board Room - 1402 E Janss Road. Thousand Oaks, CA 91362
