High School Students: Apply for CVUSD's Summer Internship Opportunity with Our Technology Services Department!
Are you passionate about Technology? Are you an incoming Sophomore, Junior or Senior? Are you interested in gaining practical experience while assisting our District's technology professionals? If you answered YES to these questions, the CVUSD Technology Services invites you to apply for a summer internship!
This opportunity:
- Takes place from July 1st to July 30th
- Weekly, Monday through Thursday 8am-12pm
- Work days will be scheduled based on the needs of the Technology Services Department
- This is a paid internship opportunity
Why you should apply:
- Gain hands-on experience with the technology used in classrooms.
- Enhance your resume and build professional work ethic.
- Collaborate with experienced members of the Technology Services Team.
The application deadline is Sunday, April 19th at 5pm.

National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated nationwide from September 15th to October 15th to honor the contributions that Hispanic, Latino, and Latinx Americans have made to our nation and society. The theme for this year’s National Hispanic Heritage Month is: “Collective Heritage: Honoring the Past, Inspiring the Future.”

Thirteen students from Newbury Park High School and Westlake High School were among the more than 16,000 Semifinalists in the 72nd annual National Merit Scholarship Program, representing less than one percent of U.S. high school seniors. This program honors individual students who show exceptional academic ability.
