CVUSD Celebrates Public School Volunteer Week: April 20th-24th

The Conejo Valley Unified School District recognizes the third week in April as Public School Volunteer Week, a time to recognize and celebrate the invaluable contributions of volunteers in public education! Volunteers play a critical role in supporting the success of CVUSD students, teachers, support staff and our schools, while also promoting the importance of volunteering and community involvement.

The presence of volunteers fosters a stronger bond between the school system and the community at large. Public School Volunteer Week highlights the meaningful difference volunteers make in public schools and showcases how even small acts of service can make a big positive impact on students, staff, and the entire school community.

At the Wednesday, March 18, 2026 Board of Education Meeting, Resolution #25/26-32 In Support of Public School Volunteer Week was approved. We invite the whole Conejo community to express their gratitude and appreciation to all of our school volunteers all year through, and especially during the week of April 20th-24th. Thank you volunteers for the positive impact you make each and every day!
