Congratulations 2025-2026 Retirees and Employee Service Award Recipients!
At the center of our CVUSD community are our dedicated employees who make invaluable contributions to our community of learners.
A special celebration event will be held this May to recognize more than 40 of our exceptional educators, administrators and staff members who have reached the well-deserved milestone of retirement. These individuals have made a lasting impact on our school campuses, and we ask the whole Conejo community to join us in sharing congratulations and gratitude for their service and contributions to our schools, scholars and broader Conejo community! Additionally, at this event, employees who have reached significant milestones of service this school year: 15 years, 20 years, 25 years, 30 years and 35 years will be honored with Employee Service Awards. We are so grateful for the legacy of dedication and excellence that these individuals continue to lead with on our school campuses. The 2026-2027 Free / Reduced Meal Application affects a variety of areas unrelated to school meals, including school funding, college application fees, SAT fees, bus passes and more. Even if your child does not plan to eat school lunches, it is important to fill out this online form to help ensure our schools and families receive the available resources.

We look forward to welcoming students back for the 2026-2027 school year on Wednesday, August 19th! As with each new school year, required Annual Updates must be completed via the online Q Parent Connection by parents/guardians prior to the first day of instruction.

We are proud to provide all students with a Chromebook through the District’s 1:1 Program. To support this program, CVUSD is offering a Chromebook Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) program for families to eliminate the concern and costs of repairing or replacing damaged, or stolen Chromebooks.

The Personnel Commission is an independent three-member body that oversees the District’s Merit System for classified employees.
