To help keep children nourished throughout the summer months, CVUSD's Child Nutrition team is offering free meals to all children ages 2–18. Meals will be available at designated locations across the Conejo Valley and neighboring communities. View the complete schedule now.

We are pleased to announce that Maryam Azizi has been selected as the District’s new Risk Manager. Ms. Azizi officially joined the CVUSD leadership team on July 1st. Ms. Azizi is a California attorney who brings a breadth of experience to her new role with the District.

We are proud to announce that Sequoia Middle School (grades 6-8) and Newbury Park High School (grades 9-10) have officially achieved authorization for the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP)! This significant accomplishment marks the culmination of a rigorous, multi-year process.

During the summer months, work permits will be processed at the District office located on Janss Road. Additionally, transcript requests can be submitted online and will be overseen by District office staff. Complete details available here.

The nineteenth of June, known as Juneteenth, commemorates the joyous events of June 19, 1865, when enslaved African Americans in Galveston Bay, Texas, learned they were free, more than two and a half years after President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation. Since then, Juneteenth has been celebrated in communities across the United States.
