The Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) Board of Education announced this summer that Laurie Davis was selected as the new principal of Weathersfield Elementary, beginning with the 2017-2018 school year. Mrs. Davis has been the principal at Banyan Elementary in Newbury Park for the past 6 years. 

On Tuesday, July 25th, the Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) Board of Education announced that the new Director of Special Education will be Lisa Miller. She has been serving as a coordinator within the department for the past year. Ms. Miller has been committed to helping the district meet the educational needs of all eligible district students with disabilities, which comprises approximately 9% of all CVUSD students.

On Tuesday, July 25th, the Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) Board of Education announced that Allison Kennedy was selected as the new principal of Banyan Elementary, starting with the 2017-2018 school year. Mrs. Kennedy has devoted the past 18 years of her career to Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD), where she began as a teacher at Lang Ranch Elementary. Most recently, she has served as the Dean of Students at Colina Middle School since 2013.
