On Tuesday, October 11, in a surprise celebration, Walnut Elementary School 5^th grade teacher Leah Oviedo was named CVUSD’s October Teacher of the Month. 

On Friday, October 6, the Conejo Schools Foundation hosted the Inaugural State of the Schools event at the Lundring Events Center at California Lutheran University.

The greater Conejo Valley community is invited to join Conejo Valley Unified School District officials for a CVLC Community Forum to learn more about the Conejo Valley Learning Center being located at the Waverly Campus, 1025 Old Farm Road in Thousand Oaks. Two Forums will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. to Noon and at 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the District's South Building Board Room.
