The Kids In Need Foundation teams up with Acura of Thousand Oaks to support students

On Wednesday, February 15, 2017 Glenwood Elementary School second grade students received brand new backpacks full of school supplies thanks to a special community partnership between the Kids in Need Foundation and Acura of Thousand Oaks.

Across Southern California, the Kids In Need Foundation is teaming up with Acura Dealers this week to deliver school supplies to deserving students.

The school supply donations, which includes more than 1,400 backpacks filled with more than twenty products worth more than $45,000, also includes the collective effort of 20 in-store school supply drives hosted by local Southern California Acura dealerships throughout the month of January.

Glenwood Elementary School was one of just 20 Southern California schools selected to receive donations.

Thank you Kids In Need Foundation and Acura of Thousand Oaks for giving our Glenwood Gators the tools they need to succeed in the classroom!!
