To start, stop, or change elective deferrals, please complete a Salary Amendment Agreement (available below) as follows:

Step #1: Visit the US Omni webpage to learn of Investment Providers available in the plan & select an Investment Provider. Some Investment Providers have financial advisor(s), while others do not. If you need further guidance contact OMNI, CVUSD’s Third Party Plan Administrator (TPA)

457(b) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
Step #1: Employees can work with a financial advisor of their choice, or with no advisor depending on the Investment Provider they select.

The IRS allows both 403(b) and 457(b) to accept Roth contributions. Roth Contributions are After-Tax deferrals, instead of Pre-Tax. All interest accumulated during the duration of the plan is tax free when the employee withdraws the funds at retirement. If you want a Roth, contact your investment provider to learn if they allow Roth accounts.
