Volunteer Opportunity

Volunteers Needed for the Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk/Run


Date: Saturday, February 20th, 2016

Time: We ask volunteers to arrive at between 6 and 6:30am and plan on staying until around 11am. Registration opens at 7am and the first race starts at 8am. Volunteer responsibilities range from set-up to registration to manning our water stations and cheering.  Volunteers can list preferred responsibilities and request posters to help promote the event as they are signing up online.

Location: Westlake Village City Hall (31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village, CA 91361)

Basic Front Parking Lot Procedures

  • Always observe a 5 MPH speed limit in any TOHS Parking Lot
  • Always YIELD to pedestrian traffic in any TOHS Parking Lot
  • The parking lot area is NOT for drop off or pick up - please avoid driving in this area
  • Never stop or park along any RED or BLUE CURB
  • Do not leave your car unattended or park along the YELLOW CURB
  • When visiting the office, please park in a designated Visitor Parking spot
  • During drop off or pick up, do not stop in the through lane as this backs the traffic up
  • Please use the lane closest to the campus for drop off 
  • Please Be Patient and Courteous in any TOHS lot
