Parents/guardians of students in the CVUSD are invited to attend a “Reality Party for Parents" on Saturday, May 21st. At this “Reality Party,” parents will tour a local Conejo Valley home set up to portray a teen party with youth actors voicing concerns expressed by local teens and young adults. The event is designed to to help promote relevant and meaningful conversations between parents/guardians and their teens on these difficult topics. This event is FREE with very limited space. Reservations are required for a specific tour time.
CVUSD is proud to celebrate National Teacher Appreciation Week this May 1st-7th. California Education Code Section 37222 designates May 1-7, 2022, as "National Teacher Appreciation Week" as a means of expressing appreciation to the state's teachers, instructors, professors, and other educators. Our phenomenal CVUSD teachers are the foundation of our incredible schools and we are so grateful for them each and every day - and we are especially proud to highlight them this week!
National Mental Health Month is a time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and provide the resources to assist them to get the help they need. Conejo Valley Unified School District recognizes the social-emotional and mental health needs of students and families. We remain committed to serving our student community in these important areas.
