Today many students across the Conejo participated in student-led action events to honor the Parkland community. Our students demonstrated their leadership, and teamwork in working with school site administrators and teachers to plan respectful, structured student-led action events.
Dr. Victor Hayek, Assistant Superintendent, Business Services shared a Safety and Security Update of CVUSD schools at the regularly scheduled Meeting of the Board of Education for the Conejo Valley Unified School District on Tuesday, March 6th.
In a surprise celebration on Wednesday, March 7th, Lynne Kelsey of Westlake High School received the March Teacher of the Month recognition award! Ms. Kelsey is a valued member of the Westlake High School staff for the past 12 years while serving as an English teacher and a vital member of the Westlake High School Technology Committee. Congratulations Ms. Kelsey!
Thousand Oaks High School is proud to host a Career Pathways Fair for all Conejo Valley Unified School District high school students on Monday, March 19, 2018. This is a great opportunity for students to discover how they can start their college and career at Moorpark College through certificate programs, AA/AS degrees or AA/AS transfer to a 4 year college or university.
Congratulations to two Thousand Oaks High School students who earned every point possible on the AP Research Exam in May 2017.
These students are two of just 176 students in the world to accomplish this impressive achievement.
