Special Offer: Complimentary Office 365 for Members of the CVUSD Community

DID YOU KNOW: All CVUSD staff and students with active @conejousd.org e-mail accounts have access to download licensed Office 365 onto their personal electronic devices for FREE?!

Office 365 includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.

Follow the steps outlined below to download Office 365 onto as many as five computers, five iOs devices and five mobile devices: 

Step One: 

Open a browser and go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com

Step Two:

In the email field, enter your computer user name (student ID number), followed by @conejousd.org

• Example for students = 123456@conejousd.org (*do not use Google email address)
• Example for staff = jdoe@conejousd.org

Step Three:

In the "Password" field, enter your school computer / student ID account password. (Your student can get their password from their teacher)

Step Four:

Click the "Sign In" button.

Step Five:

The next screen should look like this:

Step Six:

To install your copy of Office, click the Install Office 2016 button.

Step Seven:

Your download should begin and instructions should pop up on the screen.

Step Eight:

Click the download labeled, "Setup86.en.us..."

Step Nine:

Click the "Run" button.

Step Ten:

You should now see this screen:

Step Eleven:

Once that is complete, you should see some icons appear on your desktop and/or a quick launch bar.

Step Twelve:

You will then be able to open one of the programs and should see an "Activate Office" screen like this:

Step Thirteen:

Enter your information from Step Two and click the "Next" button.

Step Fourteen:

On the next screen, enter your password and click the "Sign in" button.

Step Fifteen:

You should then see a confirmation screen, like this:
