Meet Linda Gomberg of Be Me Preschool - Our September Teacher of the Month

The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Conejo Valley Unified School District are once again proudly teaming up to shine a light on CVUSD educators with the 2018-2019 Teacher of the Month recognition program.

th Linda Gomberg of Be Me Preschool received the September Teacher of the Month recognition award! Ms. Gomberg is a veteran in the classroom with 24 years and counting as an instructor with CVUSD.

Ms. Gomberg is an enthusiastic, inspiring, caring and amazing teacher who puts her heart and soul into the students, lessons, and classroom and campus staff. She always engages her students with many creative projects and activities while utilizing language-rich curriculum to connect with students at all learning levels.

She has created a healthy, welcoming and inclusive environment in the classroom, allowing students to feel valued, cared for and encouraged to socialize and adapt to new and difficult situations. She ensures that each student, regardless of disability or special need, works hard to meets their goals, increase and perfect their communication skills and acquire the skills necessary to be successful in their transition to kindergarten.

Ms. Gomberg exhibits all the attributes of a teacher of excellence and is driven to provide excellence in her teaching by using a variety of new and innovative strategies to reach all students’ needs and help them reach their highest potential.

She has made a lifelong difference in the lives of her colleagues, students, parents and the families that are fortunate enough to experience her patience, attentiveness, empathy and spirited personality.

These are just a few of the reasons the Conejo Valley Unified School District and the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce are proud to announce Ms. Gomberg as the District’s September Teacher of the Month!

To celebrate her Teacher of the Month recognition, members of the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce congratulated her with gifts from their local businesses. CVUSD Superintendent, Dr. Mark McLaughlin also presented Ms. Gomberg with a commemorative plaque recognizing her achievement.
