Our Promise
The Conejo Valley Unified School District believes in a partnership between the community, parents, students and staff. ALL students deserve an exceptional educational experience filled with opportunity and choices. Our learning environments are safe, secure and supportive. Diversity is embraced, innovation is encouraged and a “better way” is promoted. Research-based practices and ongoing staff training ensure top-quality service for students. We maintain our promise with collaborative spirit, open communication and supportive actions.

Our Schools: Safety, Comfort and Quality
CVUSD staff members are professional, well educated, dedicated and passionate. We open doors and make every decision with the best interest of students in mind. Collaboration and approachability are the hallmarks of how we serve the needs of all students. Campuses are welcoming and safe spaces for learning where students feel cared for and supported. Over the past few years, CVUSD has modernized schools districtwide, renovating bathrooms, installing new roofs, repaving parking lots, updating playground equipment, and modernizing tracks, fields and bleachers at all high schools. School sites are the hubs of each community. We take pride in how we build positive relationships with all of our families and partners in education, one conversation at a time.

Exceptional Without Exception, For All of Our Students
CVUSD would like all students to reach their full potential. To that end, we provide Honors, AP classes, an International Baccalaureate Program and School-to-Career opportunities. Additional support and intervention programs are available for English Language Learners, at-risk students, and students with alternative learning styles. There is a right fit for every family and we believe each child has unique gifts to discover. Our schools are positive, safe and inviting learning environments. We support students academically, physically, socially and emotionally. Our families and broader community members are our partners. The CVUSD truly believes that while we are proud of the overall achievement of all our students, we hold strong to our commitment that every CVUSD student deserves exceptional, without exception.
